 Mesh Consultants initially worked on risk assessments to get a picture of the issues involved in transport logistics of our boat manufacturing business. A variety of training programmes were carried out and improved safe operating procedures were introduced. We now have a workforce with much better appreciation of safety issues and our overall health and safety system is much improved.

 As the new EHS manager at GE Healthcare, Maidstone I ran a gap analysis on the status of the Risk Assessments on the site.  I decided to use an outside consultant to help close the gaps identified until a full training programme onsite could be developed. MESH consultants helped by working closely with me and the workforce to produce good, clear,  risk assessments inline with my expectations and HSE guidelines as suitable and sufficient.
