What is the ‘Done for you’ service?

‘Done for you’ is our premium service that takes the stress off your shoulders and allows you to focus on other key parts of your job. As well as the standard DSEAR work we will ensure everything is handled from keeping your stakeholders aware and reassured, to handling any questions about your assessment.

Our experts will become an extension to your health and safety team, and this service is fully tailored to meet your specific needs.

How will you help me?

As part of this tailored service we can…

• Keep your stakeholders happy and reassured
  Your DSEAR report will be presented to your management team – we have found this helps to overcome their concerns about the need to fund any recommendations made and of course provides them with answers to any questions they may have.
• Track progress on your action plan
  An agreed follow up visit to monitor progress being made against your action plan – our experience is that actions tend to get completed in a business when someone is checking on progress. Further visits can be arranged as necessary to suit your business needs.
• Keep your assessment up-to-date
  Updating of your risk assessment would normally be undertaken once the actions from the action plan have been closed out and helps to confirm that your risks are being suitably controlled. Obviously as many businesses evolve there are changes introduced and these can be picked up in this.
• Cover your back
  Responding to HSE or Insurer questions relating to your survey – if a third party has requested you have an assessment they may continue to want evidence of how you are managing the process or may need questions answered. We have found that when our clients pass these to us it helps to close things out a lot quicker and takes the pressure off of you.

How can you provide me with such a fully featured service?

This premium service is restricted to a maximum of 15 clients only – as a business we have had to limit this service to 15 clients in order to provide you with exclusive time and attention needed to manage your DSEAR risks.

The big one – what will it cost me?

With such a client focused service there has to be a premium price and this service will not be for everyone; however if you are looking for a service that takes the stress away from you then this could be for you. Costs would typically range between £5,500 to £9,000.
