I am writing to thank you for the excellent service that you have given to this company in 2011 to assist in updating our requirements under the Noise at work regulations. Since we received your report which is well laid out and presented and more importantly, easy to understand we have set about disseminating the information to all staff through a series of awareness sessions and setting up additional hearing protection zones where now required. The report outlined clearly the machines and process requiring further soundproofing and we are now looking to implement your recommendations.
