The company has sent key staff on the IOSH training since 2008 in order to ensure that a broad understanding of health and safety is shared across the organisation. This has especially applied to the management team including those responsible for the factories, the installation teams and the project management team.
The most recent candidates included the workshop manager and the senior project manager in December 2009.
