MESH started working with Cabot in 2009 when we undertook a full audit of the health and safety systems. Out of this audit an action plan was developed and MESH were asked to provide competent person support to assist Cabot to develop best health and safety practice.
Since then MESH has provided Cabot with competent Health and Safety support across is operations with the clear brief to develop best practice throughout its operations. In doing so MESH has helped throughout 2010 to develop relevant policies and procedures, provided the lead on undertaking risk assessments, delivered training and undertaken inspections of the 3 sites operated by Cabot at Kings Hill, Rugby and Dublin.
The training delivered in 2010 was developed for delivery from top down and was designed specifically for Cabot. The competent person support is continuing throughout 2011.
