Bethany nursing homes care for clients with special needs. This sector is highly regulated and MESH were requested by the management to undertake a review of the Health and Safety policies, as these are regularly reviewed as part of the inspections carried out by the health authorities. MESH worked with management and staff to develop comprehensive yet workable policies that met both legislative and management requirements. The homes have since received complementary feedback on their Health and Safety systems from the subsequent inspections.
