MESH started working with Gardner Aerospace in 2010 and when the company acquired the Blade operations based near Worcester they asked MESH to undertake a health and safety audit.
We worked closely with the management team on site and delivered a comprehensive overview and action plan that was presented to the Gardner Aerospace board of directors. The report was written in a straight forward and easy to understand format and presented relevant and realistic improvements the business could make.
To support the on-site team MESH were requested to deliver a training to ensure the action plan could be successfully delivered.
