MESH was asked to look at the health and safety systems for the European operations of Cypress semiconductors, these being wholly sales based. The work undertaken in conjunction with management led to new policy documents being created that reflected the structure of the sales operation. MESH also provided training to staff on the new policies by attending the regular sales meetings.
