MESH had been employed to provide competent health and safety support to the Worcester site in 2011 and part of this included the development of a Health and Safety action plan. A key element of this plan was the delivery of health and safety training across all employees.
A bespoke training programme was designed and agreed with the management before being delivered in May 2011. Great feedback was received from the employees that attended who felt they would look at health and safety in a more positive way going forwards.
