MESH were asked to deliver a Manual Handling Train the Trainer programme to staff at Bethany Care Homes. This programme was tailored specifically to the organisations needs and was delivered to a group of 7 staff. The outcome was to provide the homes with an internal resource that could train new starters and agency staff in the future. This aim was achieved and staff training has since improved at the care homes.
