The site transport risk assessment was considered not to fully represent the current site operations by the EHS Manager and he decided that an independent lead review was required in 2012.
The risk assessment looked at all aspects of transport and travel across the site and covered vehicle, FLT and pedestrian movements.
Taking an impartial view the MESH team has provided the site management with a number of recommendations for improvement.
