MESH trained managers and team leaders at Fourayes Farm Ltd to understand what is required to ensure suitable and sufficient risk assessments are developed. The training focused upon ensuring the company understood:
- What the legislative requirements are;
- The 5 key steps to risk assessment;
- The benefits to be gained from well-structured assessments.
Training included both theoretical and practical sessions to develop the necessary competence in the group. At the finish management and team leaders were able to set out a plan to divide the task into manageable chunks.
