The Gardner Blade operation in Worcester has worked hard to introduce a number of improvements identified by MESH through 2011 and this work continues into 2012.
A key aspect was to improve and update the site operation risk assessments and site management asked MESH to train a small number of internal staff to undertake risk assessments across various production operations.
Excellent training; this has helped us to undertake risk assessments and given us new confidence going forwards.
