Since 2016, MESH has been working with David Payne & Son, acting in the role of Competent Persons. From an initial completion of a H&S Compliance Audit, the MESH involvement has evolved to ensure David Payne & Son are consistently achieving compliance and best practice throughout its Kent operations.
The detailed Health and Safety audit of David Payne & Son operations based out of its Kent site; helped form the initial action plan. These findings were presented in a detailed report to senior management along with a number of recommendations.
Since then MESH has provided expert support, monthly site visits, training and risk assessment to ensure a consistent level of Health and Safety best practice is achieved. Importantly MESH has assisted management to make a culture change within its business.
