MESH started working with Delcam UK, based in Birmingham, in 2008, to provide the company with competent person services; our brief was to undertake an initial audit and to schedule 4 monthly follow-up visits to assist the company to achieve legal compliance.
The initial visit in July 2008 was to establish what procedures and practices were in place and identify if and where they needed to be strengthened in order to ensure compliance with all current relevant legislation. From this we issued the company with a series of improvement suggestions and allocated tasks to their internal health and safety team.
Our follow-up visits are designed to keep the company on track and to keep them advised on any legislative changes that they need to be aware of and the impacts of these on their business.
