MESH started working with Gardner Aerospace in 2010 and when the company acquired the Blade operations based near Worcester they initially asked MESH to undertake a health and safety audit.
To ensure successful delivery of the action plan from the audit MESH were asked to provide weekly health and safety support to the on-site management team. This support included delivery of training and assistance to the individuals assigned with tasks such as risk assessment.
The MESH support has assisted the team to make excellent progress with the development of robust health and safety systems and significant improvements in areas such as the risk assessments.
