SIRS manufacture precision instruments for use in aircraft. They identified they needed to ensure that their Health and Safety policies and practises were up to date and that all employees were involved as a team to ensure SIRS continued to be a safe place to work.
The management commented that the methods used to generate a common safety culture have been sensitive to the company’s needs and the wide range of experience offered by MESH has assisted them in other areas of business development.
MESH continues to provide competent persons support to SIRS through 2012.
