St Ignatius are a social housing association with a portfolio of private landlords spread around the North East London area. MESH were instructed to complete assessments on the 12 properties in the N17, N15 + N22 locations.
The association had identified concerns that not all properties were up to current health and safety compliance levels and instructed MESH to undertake a series of inspections.
Each inspection undertaken was documented in an easy to follow report and action plan of improvements needed. This was used by St Ignatius to challenge the landlords to make the necessary improvements.
