The Vicarage Management premises in Kensington is spread over four floors and houses around 40 different businesses. MESH was asked to undertake and audit and inspection of both the management systems and the facilities provided to the tenants.
The review looked at the compliance of the facility with both health and safety and fire regulations. The management team were provided with a report identifying what was found and an action plan to take the business forwards.
Really helpful exercise that has pointed us in the right direction.
