MESH was employed by Fourayes Farm Ltd to develop its health and safety systems to the status of world class. The starting point was to undertake a two-day audit of the company\’s manufacturing operations where around 80 staff are employed. The findings from this audit were used to both train senior management and key staff and to develop an action plan that takes health and safety forward to achieve the world-class status desired.
