MESH Consultants were contracted to conduct an assessment under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) on the Multi Phase Extraction system currently on site at the old National Grid site in Spalding, Lincolnshire. The purpose of the assessment was to determine whether there were any non compliance issues currently on the equipment.
We were requested to attend site at the time in order to assess the equipment while it was running and to identify where improvements might be made. An initial assessment was previously completed at the company`s depot in Bridgend, Wales.
