MESH has worked with the technicians at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, to identify the COSHH risks on-site. Each department now has access to up to date information on the chemicals being used and staff understand the importance of maintaining controls such as local exhaust ventilation (LEV). Through the assessments a number of chemicals have subsequently been replaced with less harmful alternatives.
