To achieve the clients requirements our consultant undertook a number of key assessments whilst being shadowed by a member of the Tidemill support team. These assessments were used to provide specific one to one training to both the staff being assessed and also the Tidemill assessor.
The assessments were all individually written up to provide clear guidance to the school on where and what improvements were needed; including recommendations on what design of equipment would be appropriate for the individual assessed.
