MESH has carried out a number of DSE assessments as part of the consultancy it has provided to East Malling Research (EMR). Staff have been encouraged to self assess their workstation in the first instance. These are then reviewed by the MESH consultant who then undertakes a more detailed assessment if any problems or concerns are noted. Improvement actions are discussed with the employee and communicated to the relevant line manager.
