Dovetail has set itself the aim of being recognised as the finest subscriptions marketing and fulfilment bureau in the UK. In achieving this aim over a relatively short time the business has seen many changes; including a number of I.T. improvements.
The H.R. team had noted that a few employees had identified that stress was becoming a problem for them and so wanted to seek help to identify what could be improved. The assessment focused on what needed to be done to assist these individuals and how to improve the management of stress issues generally.
The approach used followed the HSE management model. Additionally management were subsequently trained to better understand how to identify stress issues developing and what can be done.
