MESH was asked early in 2009 to undertake a fire risk assessment for of a premise in Redditch; the premise was approximately 1000 m2 in size and housed a mix of warehouse space and offices.
The assessment was undertaken at short notice as the business owner was under pressure to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The assessment identified that a small number of improvements needed to be implemented but that overall the risk level was low which pleased the owner.
