Following on from the COSHH review of the site in 2011 MESH were asked by management to provide support to the department managers across the site. The brief was to identify an effective and consistent approach to COSHH and to ensure the business meets all legal requirements.
By working closely with the department heads we have assisted the company to agree on a simple and effective way to manage its COSHH compliance. This was achieved by attending a series of on-site meetings, the development of a suitable approach and by providing advice on how best to implement the system to each department head.
