A large office based company in the Docklands area of London asked MESH to undertake a risk assessment on stress amongst a group of its employees. The assessment process included the use of a number of techniques for gathering information, including;
- Use of a staff survey;
- Reviewing absence records;
- Interviewing a cross section of staff.
To follow up on the assessment, management and staff were invited to attend a short training session to educate them on the signs of stress and what personal actions they could undertake to reduce the potential problems.
