In 2013 the Head of Care and Welfare for three care homes at the RBLI site in Aylesford, Kent was looking to find a new health & safety provider. 

She came to MESH because of our experience of working in other care homes and liked the approach that MESH provided. The initial stage of working together was to undertake a thorough audit and inspection of the 3 homes.

Emerson Willis Ltd is a family owned and managed business, which brings together over fifty years of experience in the construction industry. The business focuses on three core areas: schools, commercial and residential across London and the South East.

Since 2009 MESH has been carrying out site inspections across the various sites the business has been responsible for. Many of these inspections have been on school premises as this work is a specialty of Emerson Willis.

Competent Person

Bulphan C of E Primary School, (Education)

 Bulphan approached MESH to fulfill the role of Competent Person in respect to their health & safety in 2014.

The key reason was that the school like so many others had previously relied upon assistance from the Council and this support had been withdrawn.

I have found MESH to be very accessible and easy to approach with any questions we may have, however silly they may be!

Accident Investigation

Cabot Financial (Europe), (Debt Recovery)

As part of the competent persons support through 2010 MESH has assisted Cabot to undertake root cause investigations of incidents that have occurred.

The aim of these investigations was to determine how further incidents could be prevented and to identify what further controls would be needed.

MESH Consultants was commissioned by Volkerfitzpatrick HOCHTIEF JV to conduct a baseline noise survey at the East Kent Access Phase 2 Project to quantify the existing noise levels at the nearest Noise Control Stations (NCSs) and quantify any noise sources that impacted on the site.

Our brief was to undertake a series of 24 hour noise surveys at agreed locations; sited around the area being developed.
