Volkerfitzpatrick HOCHTIEF JV, (Construction)
MESH Consultants was commissioned by Volkerfitzpatrick HOCHTIEF JV to conduct a baseline noise survey at the East Kent Access Phase 2 Project to quantify the existing noise levels at the nearest Noise Control Stations (NCSs) and quantify any noise sources that impacted on the site.
Deuker Joinery, (Manufacturing)
MESH undertook a noise survey for a small joinery company based in Surrey. The company were responding to pressure from their local Envionmental Health Officer to undertake a noise assessment in compliance with the Noise At Work Regulations.
P&O Ferries, (Shipping)
MESH undertook a noise survey on behalf of P&O Ferries portside operations at Dover. This survey covered a range of activities including maintenance workshops, traffic management, operating vehicles that move trailers on and off of the ships and coin counting.
O`Sullivans, (Printers)
MESH carried out two noise surveys for O`Sullivans a printing company based in West London employing around 60-70 staff. The assessments covered a range of printing and production cutting lines. The second survey was to advise on the effectivness of improvements made in response to the first survey.
Comma Oil, (Manufacturing)
MESH completed noise mapping for Comma Oil at it site in Gravesend, Kent. The mapping covered all potential at risk working areas and mapped out the noise levels throughout these areas.
Nestledown Beds, (Manufacturing)
MESH was employed by Nestledown Beds to undertake a full noise survey of its operations in Strood, Kent and advise on areas where improvements were needed to comply with the Noise at Work Regulations 2005.

MESH has been employed by Graphic Packaging Limited of Bristol to carryout a noise survey and series of noise assessments to cover their operations since 2007. The company policy is for the survey to be updated annually and MESH has assisted with this through 2008 and 2009.
Voith Turbo, (Manufacturing)
MESH was employed to undertake noise mapping by Voith Turbo at their Croydon facility where the company manufactures power transmission drive systems.

Fourayes Farm, (Manufacturing)
MESH was employed by Fourayes Farm Ltd to develop its health and safety systems to the status of world class; the starting point was to complete a thorough audit of its operations.
EMR, (Horticulture)
MESH supports EMR by carrying out monthly inspections covering its laboratory, glasshouse and farm operations.
Welsh National Assembly, (Government)
MESH were commissioned to review the health and safety systems across a number of government departments within the Welsh Assembly.
Sign 2000, (Manufacturing)
MESH has assisted Sign 2000 to maintain its health and safety systems by carrying out an annual audit of the companies performance. The audit is a key document when completing supplier compliance scheme returns.

MESH undertook an inspection of a premises in Great Portland Street London. The premise had recently been renovated and was soon to open as a shop.

To assist Emerson Willis to achieve accreditation to the Construction Line and CHAS schemes MESH first undertook an audit of the companies health and safety systems and procedures.
Charities Aid Foundation, (Service)
MESH was employed by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) to complete a full audit of its UK operations and to provide a detailed report and action plan for improvement. This was completed late in 2008 and fed back to senior management which has assisted in the organisation introducing a number of changes.
Discovery Channel, (Media)

MESH has undertaken a detailed Health and Safety audit of the Discovery operations based out of the London office. The findings were presented in a comprehensive report to senior management along with a number of recommendations.
Competent Person
Medway Council, (Local Government)
MESH were approached by the councils project team to review a risk assessment undertaken by English Heritage on the Fort Amherst site, with a view to allowing greater access to the site by the general public.
It was our role to advice the council and their design team on what health and safety improvements would be necessary to make the site safe and visitor friendly.
EMR, (Horticulture)
MESH has provided EMR with competent person support since 2004 with regular support provided on site on a monthly basis. Over the last 6 years an excellent working relationship has been maintained.
Intersnack, (Food)
MESH provided competent person support through 2007 into late 2008 to Intersnack UK Limited, based in County Durham. on a two day per month basis.
Discovery Channel, (Media)
MESH has provided competent health and safety support to the Discovery Channel since 2007 and the relationship has continued into 2010.

MESH has supported FTS to develop and maintain its health and safety systems since 2007 and the support continues in 2010.

MESH has assisted Berry Gardens Ltd through 2008 and into 2009 to ensure that the company maintains effective health and safety systems.

MESH has been providing Competent Person services to Delcam UK, based in Birmingham, since 2008, our role included an initial audit and then scheduled 4 monthly follow-up visits to assist the company to achieve legal compliance. The relationship between the two companies continues in 2010.

MESH has supported CW Fire a SME company with competent person services through 2008/9/10.
Charities Aid Foundation, (Service)
MESH have acted as competent persons to the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) through 2008-2009-2010 and have provided a wide range of support to assist the organisation to move its health and safety systems forwards.
Emerson Willis, (Construction)
MESH was employed by Emerson Willis Ltd who manage construction projects mainly for local authorities to assist the company to renew its CHAS and Construction Line applications. MESH started working with the company in March 2009 and has taken on the role of competent persons. This role has continued in 2010.

MESH has assisted Sign 2000 since 2006 to develop and maintain effective health and safety policies.
Cypress Semiconductors, (Electronics)
MESH was asked to develop a health and safety policy by the European operations of Cypress semiconductors, thee policy was developed to cover a wholly sales based operation.
Bethany Lodge, (Nursing Homes)
MESH has assisted Bethany nursing homes since 2004 to develop and maintain its health and safety policies. This working relationship has flourished and the support continues in 2010.

MESH assisted EMR to redevelop its health and safety policy to represent how the organisation was operating and to simplify it to be more user friendly.

MESH assisted the Discovery Channel to update its health and safety policies to cover its UK, Europe, The Middle East, and African operations.

MESH worked with Emerson Willis to produce a policy which was specific to how the company operates. The policy clearly identifies the responsibilities for all persons in respect to health and safety and was is concise and easy to follow.

MESH was asked by Woollens estate agents to update its health and safety policy; this was part of a tender the company was asked to submit to a local authority. To develop a suitable health and safety policy MESH undertook a review of how the company addresses health and safety issues.
Charities Aid Foundation, (Service)
MESH has assisted the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) with was to update the organisation health, safety and wellness (HSW) policy. MESH developed the policy and a number of supporting procedures to represent how CAF manages the health, safety and wellness of its employs, contractors and any one else who comes into contact with the organisation.

MESH undertook a review of the accident trends for the college and helped staff focus their efforts to make the college a safer environment.

MESH assisted Whatman to develop an accident and incident reporting culture that helped them to achieve a reduction in its RIDDOR reportable injuries.

Scrapco runs a vehicle breakers in Kent and approached MESH in 2010 to undertake an environmental noise survey of its on site activities.
Volkerfitzpatrick HOCHTIEF JV, (Construction)
Volkerfitzpatrick HOCHTIEF JV approached MESH to undertake a series of baseline noise surveys in 2010 on the East Kent Access - Phase 2 project. The project involved developing a new road network in the area of Manston airport in East Kent.
Our brief was to undertake a series of 24 hour noise surveys at agreed locations; sited around the area being developed.
